Technical Service. 2.1 State Harvest Biotechnology shall provide, with its own technical research resource and team, according to the terms of this agreement, technical services for the production and distribution of agricultural seeds during the period of this agreement, included but not limited:
Technical Service. 5.1 Except the circumstances as set out in Article 2.2 or Article 2.3 of this Agreement, any technical service (including but not limited to, technical support, technical training, technical consulting, Internet Information Service Business, etc.; for details see Appendix I (Technical Service Content) of this Agreement) as required during the course of business operated by Party B (including but not limited to, Internet Information Service Business, Mobile Value-added Telecommunication Business, Online Advertising Business, etc.) shall be rendered by Party A on an exclusive basis, and Party A shall make best endeavors to supply to Party B relevant technical service as required in the course of business of Party B.
Technical Service. MoSys shall provide NEC with the technical service described in Appendix D for the LICENSED PRODUCT (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Service") in consideration for fees set forth in Appendix D.
Technical Service. OccuLogix Corp. is responsible for the technical service in United States, Canada and Mexico. OccuLogix Corp. has the necessary equipment, stock of spare parts and qualified personnel to realize the technical service in accordance with MESYS requirements. OccuLogix Corp. should only use original spare parts delivered from MESYS for repair. Maintenance and safety checks for Octo Nova/Octo Therm has to be done in accordance with MESYS requirements.
Technical Service to assist the Buyer with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier Parts as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
Technical Service. Distributor certifies that they have the technical capabilities and knowledge to provide optimal service on the Manufacturer's Products. Technical Service is defined as the ability to maintain and service critical and non-critical components, calibrate and troubleshoot all electronic, mechanical and vacuum systems contained within the CryoConsole.
Technical Service. 2.02A From time to time during the term of this Agreement, at the reasonable request of Licensee in writing, Licensor may permit officers and/or employees of Licensee to visit Licensor's facilities at which it manufactures or assembles the Products, for such periods of time as mutually agreed, to train such personnel of Licensee in the process of manufacturing and assembling the Products.

Technical Service. 4.1 Ricoh, or a party designated by Ricoh, will take care of setting up, configuring and testing of the equipment or shall provide the Client with information on putting the equipment to use.
Technical Service. 8.1 RICOH or a third party designated by it will arrange for the installation, adjustment and testing of the equipment or will provide the Customer with information regarding the use of the equipment.
