Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller has obtained enforceable and transferable Supplier Product Support Agreements from Suppliers of Supplier Parts, the benefit of which is hereby accepted by the Buyer. Said Supplier Product Support Agreements become enforceable by Buyer from the date of this Agreement and for as long as Buyer is an operator of Airbus aircraft.
17.1.2 These agreements are based on the World Airlines Suppliers Guide, are made available to the Buyer through the SPSA Application, and include Supplier commitments as contained in the Supplier Product Support Agreements which include the following provisions:
17.1.2.1 Technical data and manuals required to operate, maintain, service and overhaul the Supplier Parts will be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of ATA Specification including revision service and be published in the English language. The Seller will recommend that a software user guide, where applicable, be supplied in the form of an appendix to the Component Maintenance Manual. Such data will be provided in compliance with the applicable ATA Specification;
17.1.2.2 Warranties and guarantees, including standard warranties. In addition, landing gear Suppliers will provide service life policies for selected structural landing gear elements;
17.1.2.3 Training to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and overhaul of the Supplier Parts for the Buyer’s instructors, shop and line service personnel;
17.1.2.4 Spares data in compliance with ATA iSpecification 2200, initial provisioning recommendations, spare parts and logistic service including routine and expedite deliveries;
17.1.2.5 Technical service to assist the Buyer with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier Parts as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller has obtained enforceable and transferable product support agreements from Suppliers of Seller Furnished Equipment listed in the Specification.
17.1.2 These agreements are based on the "World Airlines Suppliers Guide" and include Supplier commitments as contained in the "Supplier Product Support Agreements" which include the following provisions:
17.1.2.1 Technical data and manuals required to operate, maintain, service and overhaul the Supplier Parts. Such technical data and manuals shall be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of ATA Specification including revision service and be published in the English language. The Seller shall recommend that software data, where applicable, be supplied in the form of an appendix to the Component Maintenance Manual, such data shall be provided in compliance with the applicable ATA Specification.
17.1.2.2 Warranties and guarantees including standard warranties. In addition, landing gear Suppliers shall provide service life policies for selected structural landing gear elements.
17.1.2.3 Training to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and overhaul of the Supplier Parts for the Buyer's instructors, shop and line service personnel.
17.1.2.4 Spares data in compliance with ATA 200/2000 Specification, initial provisioning recommendations, spare parts and logistic service including routine and expedited deliveries.
17.1.2.5 Technical service to assist the Buyer with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier Parts as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. [*] Supplier Product Support Agreements from Suppliers of seller furnished equipment listed in the Specification and will transfer such support agreements to Buyer.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller will at no charge to the Buyer transfer to the Buyer the Supplier Product Support Agreements ("SPSA") transferable to the Buyer from Suppliers of Seller Furnished Equipment listed in the Specification. These agreements are based on the "World Airlines and Suppliers Guide" and include Supplier commitments contained in the Supplier Product Support Agreements, such commitments including:
(i) Technical data and manuals required to operate, maintain, service and overhaul the Supplier items will (a) be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of ATA Specification 100 and 101, in accordance with Clause 14 of this Agreement, (b) include revision service, and (c) be published in the English language. (The Seller recommends that software data, supplied in the form of an appendix to the Component Maintenance Manual, be provided in compliance with ATA Specification 102 up to level 3 to protect Supplier's proprietary interests.)
(ii) Warranties and guarantees, including Suppliers' standard warranties, and in the case of Suppliers of landing gear, service life policies for selected landing gear structures.
(iii) Training to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and overhaul of the Suppliers' items for the Buyer's instructors, shop and line service personnel.
(iv) Spares data in compliance with ATA Specification 200 or 2000, initial provisioning recommendations, spares and logistics service, including routine and emergency deliveries.
(v) Technical service to assist the Buyer with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier items as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller has obtained enforceable and transferable product support agreements from Suppliers of Supplier Parts, the benefit of which is hereby accepted by the Buyer and such benefit may be assigned to the Operator of the Aircraft. Said agreements become enforceable as soon as and for as long as an Operator is identified as an Airbus aircraft Operator.
17.1.2 These agreements are based on the “World Airlines Suppliers Guide”, are made available to the Buyer or its Operator through the SPSA Application, and include Supplier commitments contained in the “Supplier Product Support Agreements”, as defined in Clause 12.3.1.1.3, which include the following provisions:
17.1.2.1 Technical data and manuals required to operate, maintain, service and overhaul the Supplier Parts. Such technical data and manuals shall be prepared in accordance with the applicable provisions of ATA Specification including revision service and be published in the English language. The Seller shall recommend that a software user guide, where applicable, be supplied in the form of an appendix to the Component Maintenance Manual, such data shall be provided in compliance with the applicable ATA Specification;
17.1.2.2 Warranties and guarantees, including standard warranties. In addition, landing gear Suppliers shall provide service life policies for selected structural landing gear elements;
17.1.2.3 Training to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and overhaul of the Supplier Parts for the Buyer’s or its Operator’s instructors, shop and line service personnel;
17.1.2.4 Spares data in compliance with ATA iSpecification 2200, initial provisioning recommendations, spare parts and logistics service including routine and expedite deliveries;
17.1.2.5 Technical service to assist the Buyer or its Operator with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier Parts as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller shall at no charge to the Buyer transfer to the Buyer the Supplier Product Support Agreements transferable to the Buyer from Suppliers of seller furnished equipment listed in the Specification. These agreements are based on the “World Airlines Suppliers Guide” and include Supplier commitments contained in the Supplier Product Support Agreements, which include the following:
(i) Technical data and manuals required to operate, maintain, service and overhaul the Supplier Parts that shall (a) be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the applicable ATA Specification in accordance with Clause 14, (b) include revision service, and (c) be published in English.
(ii) Warranties, guarantees and, to the extent that any are assignable, indemnities, including Suppliers’ standard warranties […***…] and in the case of Suppliers of landing gear, service life policies for selected landing gear structures,
(iii) Training to ensure efficient operation, maintenance and overhaul of the Supplier Parts for the Buyer’s instructors, shop and line service personnel,
(iv) Spares data in compliance with ATA Specification 200 or 2000, initial provisioning recommendations, spares and logistics service, including routine and expedite deliveries, and
(v) Technical service to assist the Buyer with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier Parts as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller has obtained enforceable and transferable product support agreements from Suppliers of Seller Furnished Equipment listed in the Specification, the benefit of which is accepted by the Buyer when entering into a Purchase Agreement. Said agreements become enforceable as soon as and for as long as an operator is identified as an Airbus aircraft operator.
17.1.2 These agreements are based on the "World Airlines Suppliers Guide" and include Supplier commitments as contained in the "Supplier Product Support Agreements" which include the following provisions:

17.1.2.5 Technical service to assist the Buyer with maintenance, overhaul, repair, operation and inspection of Supplier Parts as well as required tooling and spares provisioning.
17.1.3 Upon the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with Supplier Product Support Agreements familiarization training at the Seller’s facilities in Blagnac, France. An on-line training module shall be further available through AirbusWorld, access to which shall be subject to the “General Terms and Conditions of Access to and Use of AirbusWorld” (hereinafter the “GTC”), as set forth in Part 4 of Exhibit I to this AGTA.
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. The Seller will, **transfer to the Buyer the Supplier Product Support Agreements transferable to the Buyer from Suppliers of equipment listed as “Seller Furnished Equipment” in the Specification on Delivery. These agreements are based on the “World Airlines and Suppliers Guide” and include Supplier commitments contained in the Supplier Product Support Agreements, which include the following:
Equipment Supplier Product Support Agreements. 17.1.1 The Seller has obtained enforceable and transferable Supplier Product Support Agreements from all Suppliers of Supplier Parts installed on the Aircraft, the benefit of which is hereby transferred to the Warranty Beneficiary. Such agreements become enforceable as soon as and for as long as an operator is identified as an Airbus aircraft operator. For the avoidance of doubt, transfer to the Warranty Beneficiary of any Supplier Product Support Agreement does not limit the right of the Warranty Beneficiary to enter into any additional agreement with such Supplier on different terms than provided in such Supplier Product Support Agreement. The Seller has obtained enforceable and transferable Supplier Product Support Agreements from all Suppliers of Supplier Parts installed on the Aircraft, the benefit of which is hereby transferred to the Warranty Beneficiary. Such agreements become enforceable as soon as and for as long as an operator is identified as an Airbus aircraft operator. For the avoidance of doubt, transfer to the Warranty Beneficiary of any Supplier Product Support Agreement does not limit the right of the Warranty Beneficiary to enter into any additional agreement with such Supplier on different terms than provided in such Supplier Product Support Agreement.
