TECHNICAL TASKS. The purpose of this task is successful procurement and installation of all project components identified in this Agreement. Solar photovoltaic (PV) Wind turbine Battery Energy Storage Pump replacement (conversion of fossil fuel pump to electric pump) Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure System 1 Project Detail a. Renewable Energy System Description of where equipment will be installed on the property (For example: northeast corner by barn): Solar array will be a ground mount system installed in an open area and on bare ground on APN 000- 000-000 near the farm’s Red Barn Maintenance Facility, located adjacent to existing electric meters. For Solar PV, please identify the surface of installation: Rooftop If so, is the rooftop on an existing building? Yes No b. Parking lot (can be unpaved). If so, is it an existing parking lot? Yes No Ground-mounted or Floating (Solar Panels mounted on pontoons and floating on irrigation pond). Other: Electricity produced will be used to power (For example: greenhouse; irrigation pumps; electric vehicle charging): Electricity produced will be used to charge two zero-emission off-road equipment and mobile storage used for crop spraying from February through November and for year-round mowing for the farm’s almond tree crop. Rated Capacity of system: [ 67.2 ] kW General Description of Equipment (please include information such as number of arrays or turbines): The solar array will consist of 192 350-watt solar modules mounted in a ground field for a total nameplate capacity of 67.2 kW. Expected Make and Model of Equipment to be Installed (include modules and inverter): The brand of solar modules will be either Hanwha Q.cells or LG, purchased from a California vendor, and will be standard 72-cell, 350-watt modules. As an off-grid facility, it will not require an inverter or grid connection. The mounting system will be a commercial ground mount racking system from either Unirac or RBI Solar and will be determined at the start of the Project. Expected Contractor(s), if known (include Contractor State License Board (CSLB) license number): XxXxxxxxx Corporation, CSLB #941211, will provide the license for the initial building permit application and will subcontract a licensed California solar installer for construction of the equipment prior to installation. Paired Power, Inc. Battery Energy Storage Description of where equipment will be installed on the property and the renewable energy source serving the charger (For example: l...

TECHNICAL TASKS. Phase Task Description Start Duration Month (Months) I Development of molecular biology protocols. 1 Nucleic acid probe design. Optimal E. coli and lambda 1 1 nucleic acid sequences will be determined for maximum specificity. 2 Optimization of protocols for labeled nucleotide 2 6 incorporation by polymerize target extension. Labeled oligonucleotides complementary to nucleic acid targets will be synthesized by enzymatic extension reactions. Optimal conditions for fluorescent report synthesis will be determined. 3 Optimization of sample preparation protocols. 8 3 Experiments will be performed to determine the optimal conditions for sample preparation. Various parameters such as buffer composition, extraction procedures, and hybridization conditions will be evaluated. Targets will consist of low levels of E. coli genomic DNA. Effects of interferants usually present in food samples will be evaluated. 4 Demonstration of the detection of specific sequences of 11 2 bacterial contaminants. The detection system currently in operation at LANL will be modified to perform experiments on the detection of specific sequences of bacterial contaminants. Increasingly diluted samples of E. coli genomic DNA will be analyzed. Limits of detection are expected to lie in the femtomolar (10-15 M) range. II Design and construction of a prototype instrument for the 13 detection of low levels of E. coli. 1
