TECHNOLOGICAL AND MECHANIZATION CHANGES. Section 4.01. Advance Notice The Union will be informed at the national level as far in advance as practicable, but no less than thirty (30) days in advance, of the implementation of major technological, equipment or mechanization changes which affect wages, hours or working conditions of bargaining unit employees. Upon the request of the Union, the parties will meet to discuss the effects of the proposed change on the bargaining unit. If any unresolved questions remain after the changes are operational, the Union may request to meet to discuss those unresolved questions at the national level.
