Technology Collaboration. Subject to the prior written consent of the JSC and subject further to Sections 13.4(b) and 13.4(c), either Party may issue publications in scientific journals and make scientific presentations regarding [***] with the order and inclusion of Intellia and Regeneron authors to be agreed upon in accordance with International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICJME) Standards or other mutually agreed upon applicable standards and in compliance with any applicable rules or policies of the publisher of such publication.
