Technology Enhanced Learning. CMETB is committed to the full implementation of the SOLAS developed Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Strategy 2017 – 2019. TEL has long been identified as a priority area for staff development within CMETB Further Education and Training Services. As a direct response to these gaps, CMETB has designated a staff member to act as a TEL Co-ordinator with responsibility for the development of a strategy and training action plan to cover all aspects of the wider CMETB FET services. At local ETB level, CMETB is working on a number of initiatives aimed at furthering the use of technology across all levels of teaching, learning and assessment.
Technology Enhanced Learning. Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board launched its FET Technology Enhanced Learning Action Plan, 2017-2020, in February 2017. The plan is informed by a number of key EU, National and Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board strategies. The FET TEL Action Plan sets out to ensure that FET provision and support services are enabled and supported to effectively use existing, new and emerging technologies to deliver the highest quality learning opportunities to all learners. The Plan details 26 Actions under 4 Themes namely:
Technology Enhanced Learning. DDLETB aims to enhance the learning experience for learners and engage them as fully as possible through the use of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL). DDLETB has developed a TEL Action Plan for 2017-2019 which was submitted to SOLAS. DDLETB has been actively implementing its action plan and the FET TEL strategy over the past two years, and we have been improving our infrastructure, including developing a TEL hub in Baldoyle Training Centre and satellite centres in College of Further Education Dundrum and Head Office. To date we have organised two annual TEL conferences for our FET staff to enhance their skills, and a third conference is taking place in September 2018. DDLETB has delivered a Digital Classroom course for practitioners in Youthreach, Community Training Centres and the Adult Education Service. A second course commenced earlier in 2018 and a further course is scheduled for the autumn. We have also commenced courses for TEL practitioners in the Digital Hub.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Personnel File (a) An employee, or the President of the Union (or the President's designate) with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review an employee's personnel file, in the office in which the file is normally kept. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such files.

  • Enhanced Services The State encourages the Contractor to cover programs that enhance the general health and well-being of its Hoosier Healthwise members, including programs that address preventive health, risk factors or personal responsibility. These enhanced programs and services are above and beyond those covered in the Hoosier Healthwise program. In addition, all enhanced services shall comply with the member incentives guidelines set forth in Section 6.2.2 and other relevant state and federal rules regarding inducements. All enhanced services offered by the Contractor must be pre-approved by OMPP prior to initiating such services. Enhanced services may include, but are not limited to, such items as:
