Technology Maintenance. The district shall provide necessary employees to set up and maintain all technological equipment.
Technology Maintenance a) SAC agrees to repair errors or defects in the Licensed Technology for the period of twelve (12) months after delivery of each specific release of the licensed technology, unless otherwise provided for in Exhibit A, according to the conditions listed below.
Technology Maintenance. Augmedix shall be responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of sufficient Augmedix Google Glass Devices to provide the Services. The Augmedix Google Glass Devices and other hardware or materials provided for the purpose of this Agreement are owned by Augmedix and will be provided and supported entirely by Augmedix to Sutter. Technology Maintenance. On a building basis, an average of one period per week released from duty per technology teacher shall be allocated under the supervision of and at the discretion of the Building Principal.
Technology Maintenance. Technology devices require respect and proper care to ensure they function appropriately when needed. Students are responsible for maintaining their devices and protecting them from damage.

Temporary downtime may be required during such updates. We will make every reasonable effort to have any planned maintenance downtime occur during non-business hours. You will receive reasonable advance notification of any substantial scheduled downtimes. We are not responsible for any unforeseen negative consequences arising from the Operator Website Service being temporarily offline.
Technology Maintenance. Each user is responsible for his/her own use of technology and should treat and use technology appropriately. Computers and computer accessories are sophisticated devices that require care and gentle treatment to function properly (i.e. if a device is mistreated it will likely run poorly or malfunction.)
