TECHNOLOGY PREVIEWS Clause Samples

The TECHNOLOGY PREVIEWS clause defines the terms under which a party may provide access to pre-release or experimental versions of technology, software, or features. Typically, this clause clarifies that such previews are offered for evaluation purposes only, may not be fully functional, and are not guaranteed to become part of the final product. It often limits the provider's liability and may restrict the user's ability to rely on the preview for production use. The core function of this clause is to manage expectations and allocate risk by making clear that technology previews are not final offerings and may be subject to change or discontinuation without notice.
