Technology Service Fee Sample Clauses
Technology Service Fee. We have eliminated a number of separate fees and service charges, and consolidated them into a monthly $9.95 Technology Service Fee. This means you will not be charged for, other than installation, any service call, technician visit, equipment replacement, or for service/repair of any other equipment owned by us. Our equipment or our wiring, inside or outside your house, will be repaired at no cost to you other than this Technology Service Fee subject to the following:
Technology Service Fee. 3.1 Party A shall pay the Technology Service Fee annually, equal to 1% of its total revenue as the Consideration for services provided by Party B as set forth in Article 2 hereof.
3.2 Party A shall pay to Party B the last year’s Technology Service Fee before January 31st of each year.
3.3 Party B shall be entitled to request in writing that Party A adjust the Consideration in accordance with the quantity and quality of the technology services. The Parties shall positively negotiate with each other in respect of the Technology Service Fee, and Party A shall agree with such adjustment.
3.4 Both Parties agree that any losses incurred during the performance of this Agreement shall be jointly burden by both Parties.
