Telecommunications Links. EVERTEC will be responsible for arranging for and overseeing the installation and maintenance of a direct communications link between EVERTEC and each Merchant (and, if applicable, between BPPR and a Government-Merchant,) and, as between BPPR and EVERTEC, EVERTEC will assume all costs associated therewith.
Telecommunications Links. CCC will be responsible for arranging for and overseeing the installation and maintenance of a direct communications link between CCC and Processor and, as between Bank and CCC, CCC will assume all costs associated therewith; provided, however, Bank will be responsible for and will assume the costs of any communications links between Bank and FDR.
Telecommunications Links. OSS shall provide T1 connections to the Internet and 56 Kbps point-to-point lines for direct connectivity to RFCU, for both the NSOC and Backup Sites as described above. OSS will coordinate with CheckFree for interface of its Customer Service and ▇▇▇▇ Pay IVR centers with the OSS Help Desk Center. It is understood that CheckFree is to arrange for these lines. OSS will coordinate the interface with CheckFree.
Telecommunications Links. The competent authorities shall jointly take the necessary measures to establish telecommunications links, including radio communications, between these authorities and the relief teams or experts.

CO-OP Network shall arrange for and maintain the appropriate telecommunications lines or links for direct connectivity from the Online Banking System to Deluxe and to the ▇▇▇▇ Pay Provider. Telecommunications Links. The authorities designated in article 3, paragraph 1 of this Agreement shall take all necessary measures to ensure secure communications between the authorities and the emergency teams at the site of operation.
