Common use of Telehealth Services Clause in Contracts

Contractor shall ensure that Telehealth services meet all applicable requirements of OAR 410- 141-3566,10 including requirements relating to Telehealth reimbursement, service delivery, patient choice and consent, access to care, and compliance with federal and state privacy and confidentiality rules.
