Telemedicine Medical Services. Contractor shall ensure that if Contractor or its subcontractor uses telemedicine/telepsychiatry that the services are implemented in accordance with written procedures and using a protocol approved by Contractor’s medical director and using equipment that complies with the equipment standards as required by the Department.
