Telephone and Computer Services Sample Clauses
Telephone and Computer Services. Lessee shall be responsible for securing telephone and computer services to the Leased Premises for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use throughout the term of the Lease. Lessee shall be solely responsible for payment and maintenance of such services at the Leased Premises used by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ during the term of the Lease. Lessee shall be allowed to use existing telecommunications hardware installed at property for the purpose of maintaining its telephone and computer services.

Tenant shall be solely responsible for payment and maintenance of such services at the Leased Premises used by Tenant during the term of this Lease.
