Telephone Call Center. BOSTON FINANCIAL shall accept telephone calls from Plan Sponsors and Participants from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm ET Monday through Friday. Such telephone calls will come in though an 800 number and will be handled on a recorded line. BOSTON FINANCIAL shall respond to routine and general inquiries regarding the SIMPLE XXX services. BOSTON FINANCIAL will instruct Plan Sponsors and Participants to contact their own legal advisor if they require legal or tax advice since BOSTON FINANCIAL cannot and will not provide legal or tax advice to any Plan Sponsor or any Participant.
