Telephone conversations between the Client and the Company may be recorded and kept by the Company and recordings will be the sole property of the Company. The Client accepts such recordings as conclusive evidence of the Orders or conversations so recorded. 11.2. Faxed documents received by the Company may be electronically scanned and reproduction of the scanned version shall constitute conclusive evidence of such faxed instructions. 11.3.
