Common use of Telephone Charges Clause in Contracts

Telephone Charges. The Tenant is responsible for all long-distance charges incurred during the Rental Term. The Security & Damage deposit will be returned by mail to the tenant after (14) days of departure, less any long distance phone calls.

If there is no telephone on the premises, the deposit will be returned within fourteen (14) days, less any damage or excessive cleaning costs.
