Telephone Charges. The Tenant is responsible for all long-distance charges incurred during the Rental Term. The Security & Damage deposit will be returned by mail to the tenant after thirty (1430) days of departure, less any damage, excessive cleaning costs and/or long distance phone calls. If there is no telephone on the premises, the deposit will be returned within fourteen (14) days, less any damage or excessive cleaning costs.
