Common use of Telephone Orders Clause in Contracts

Telephone Orders. The Station Facility Owner shall use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any telephone order from the Beneficiary for the provision of access, except where, and to the extent that, the Station Facility Owner shall reasonably determine that it is unable to do so, provided that any such requests shall be made by the Beneficiary's duly authorised representative and confirmed by an Order as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
