Common use of Telephone Use Clause in Contracts

Telephone Use. Adequate private telephone facilities for the purpose of work-related business shall be made available at each work location for employees. Employees shall be allowed the reasonable use of such phones for personal calls. The placing of personal long-distance calls shall be made by using the employee's own personal telephone credit card.
