Without in any way limiting any Borrower's obligation to confirm in writing any telephonic notice of a borrowing, conversion or renewal, the Agent may act without liability upon the basis of telephonic notice believed by the Agent in good faith to be from an Authorized Representative of any Borrower prior to receipt of written confirmation.
