Television & Wiring. You must not erect a satellite dish or any electronic reception device or install or alter any wiring at the Property without the prior consent of the Landlord or Property Manager. If at the end of the Tenancy any installations or wiring is removed by your choice or the Landlord’s the cost of making good will fall to the Tenant.
