Temporary and Closing Provisions. 10.1 This Agreement becomes valid at the moment when it is signed by both Parties. 10.2 This Agreement shall end upon the expiration of the Storage Period for which it has been concluded. Article VIII (Confidentiality) shall continue in full force and effect for 2 (two) years from the expiration of the Storage Period.
