Temporary Assignment During Layoff. In the event a regular employee on layoff accepts an offer to work as a temporary employee, the laid of employee’s recall period shall be reset. The regular employee shall be governed by the Collective Agreement provisions applicable to a temporary employee except that the regular employee's seniority standing shall not be affected by the period of employment as a temporary employee.
