Ten Month Employees. Employees appointed on a regular 10-month basis (those employed for the standard academic year beginning September 1 to June 30) generally receive benefits on a pro rata basis except for holiday pay which will be granted for those holidays that fall during the academic year only.
Ten Month Employees. Ten (10) month employees are required to have two (2) months or the equivalent -- (approximately 43.5 days) -- of non-working, uncompensated time per fiscal year.
Ten Month Employees. Regular and probationary ten (10) month employees who have earned wages ten (10) days in the four (4) consecutive calendar weeks immediately preceding Canada Day or Labour Day shall be paid for that statutory holiday.
Ten Month Employees. Regular ten (10) month Employees who have completed more than six (6) months continuous service shall receive five (5) days paid vacation during the winter break. Employees must be employed with the District the day after the scheduled vacation to receive paid vacation. Nine month employees (less than 200 day letter of assignment) do not receive the five (5) days paid vacation during winter break.

Ten Month Employees. Ten month employees shall receive one (1) day's pay for Canada Day (July 1) but no other holiday during July and August, provided that the employee has completed thirty (30) days service before July 1st.

Ten Month Employees. The District shall provide benefits for ten-month employees during the summer months to the same extent as described in “A” above.
Ten Month Employees. Ten month Employees shall be granted days off with pay on the following holidays (10): Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, Good Friday, and the Thursday preceding Good Friday, Presidents’ Day, and Memorial Day.
