Subject to compliance with the Regulations and Under the circumstances mentioned in the Offering Document, the Management Company may request the Trustee to approve a temporary change in the method of dealing in Units. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Management Company may, at any stage, suspend the dealing of Units and for such periods it may so decide subject to the Regulations. and after intimation to the Commission and the Trustee.
