Common use of Temporary Condemnation Clause in Contracts

Temporary Condemnation. In the event of any temporary Condemnation of the Hotel or Owner’s interest therein, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The entire amount of any Award made for such temporary Condemnation allocable to the Term, whether paid by way of damages, rent or otherwise, shall be paid to Manager and shall constitute Gross Revenues. A Condemnation shall be deemed to be temporary if the period of such Condemnation is not expected to, and does not, exceed twelve (12) months.
