Temporary Financial Covenants. In the event the Effective Date occurs, then on and after June 16, 2003 until and including the Waiver Expiration Date, Section 5 of the Loan Agreement shall be amended to add Section 5.7B thereto to read as set forth below (the terms of Section 5.7 as in effect prior to this Agreement and Amendment shall become again effective after the Waiver Expiration Date):
