In the case of a Contract of electricity supply to a temporary installation, the start of the supply shall be subject to the presentation of documentation, whether physical or electronic, that attests to the provisional nature provided for in the specific applicable legislation, namely the worksite permit, and the verification of compliance with all technical rules and requirements.
