Temporary Office Lease. Pursuant to its acquisition of the Leased Property, Lessor has agreed to lease temporary office space to Paramount of Oregon, LLC as provided for in Exhibit H. Lessee hereby consents to such temporary office Lease per the terms described in Exhibit H.
