Common use of Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions Clause in Contracts

Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party shall have the right to apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order, a preliminary injunction, or other equitable relief to preserve the status quo or prevent irreparable harm.
