Common use of Tenancy Fraud Clause in Contracts

Tenancy Fraud. 3.5.1 You and anyone who lives in your home must not commit fraud or attempt to commit fraud in respect of your tenancy. This includes illegal subletting and knowingly or recklessly making a false statement or withholding information in order to obtain a tenancy. 3.5.2 We may take legal action to end your tenancy if you behave in any of these ways. This would include asking the Court to give us possession of your home.
