Common use of TENANT AS CORPORATION OR PARTNERSHIP Clause in Contracts

TENANT AS CORPORATION OR PARTNERSHIP. If Tenant executes this Lease as a corporation or partnership, then Tenant and the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that such entity is duly qualified and in good standing to do business in Washington and that the individuals executing this Lease on Tenant’s behalf are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on its behalf, and in the case of a corporation, in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the board of directors of Tenant (a copy of which, along with a current incumbency certificate showing the titles and specimen signatures of the persons executing this Lease, is to be delivered to Landlord on execution hereof, if requested by Landlord), and in accordance with the by-laws of Tenant, and, in the case of a partnership, in accordance with the partnership agreement and the most current amendments thereto, if any, copies of which are to be delivered to Landlord on execution hereof, if requested by Landlord, and that this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.
