Tenant Authority to Execute Lease. In case Tenant is a partnership, Tenant represents and warrants that an authorized member of said partnership has executed this Lease on behalf of Tenant. Tenant shall supply evidence to Landlord that proves that this Lease has been executed and delivered pursuant to and in conformity with a valid and effective authorization therefor and is and constitutes the valid and binding agreement of the partnership and each and every partner therein in accordance with its terms.
