Common use of Tenant Authority to Execute Lease Clause in Contracts

Tenant Authority to Execute Lease. Tenant (a) represents and warrants that this Lease has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by and on behalf of Tenant and constitutes the valid and binding agreement of Tenant in accordance with the terms hereof and (b) if Landlord so requests, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord or its agent, concurrently with the delivery of this Lease executed by Tenant, certified resolutions authorizing Tenant’s execution and delivery of this Lease by the person executing on behalf of Tenant and the performance of Tenant’s obligations hereunder.
