Tenant Deposits. AGENT shall establish, collect, hold, and disburse tenant security deposit(s) on behalf of the OWNER in accordance with the Landlord-Tenant Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any applicable local laws, regulations, or ordinances. AGENT may offer tenants an alternative to traditional security deposits provided by Xxxxxx.xxx or a similar service via our ZeroDeposit Program.
