Common use of Tenant Ensures Carrier’s Compliance Clause in Contracts

Tenant Ensures Carrier’s Compliance. Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring that the Carrier complies with the terms and conditions of the license agreement relating to the use of the Premises or the making of any physical Alterations imposed on Tenant under this Lease to the extent the Carrier operates or maintains any equipment or delivers any services in or to the Premises. Any failure by the Carrier to observe and comply with such terms, conditions, agreements, and covenants on behalf of Tenant, to the extent the Carrier operates or maintains any equipment or delivers any services in the Premises or other portions of the Building, shall be an Event of Default under this Lease.
