Tenant Equipment Sample Clauses

Tenant Equipment. Maintenance and repair of equipment serving only the Demised Premises, such as kitchen fixtures, separate air conditioning equipment, or any other type of special equipment, whether installed by Tenant or by Landlord on behalf of Tenant, shad be the sole responsibility of Tenant, and Landlord shall have no obligation in connection therewith.

Tenant Equipment. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds either the load per square foot that such floor was designed to carry or that which is allowed by law. Business machines and mechanical equipment belonging to Tenant that cause noise or vibrations that may be transmitted to the structure of the Premises to such a degree as to be objectionable or of concern to Landlord shall, at Tenant's expense, be placed and maintained by Tenant in settings or cork, rubber or spring-type vibration eliminators sufficient to eliminate such noise or vibration.
Tenant Equipment. Maintenance and repair of equipment such as special light fixtures, kitchen fixtures, auxiliary heating, ventilation, or air-conditioning equipment, private bathroom fixtures and any other type of special equipment together with related plumbing or electrical services, or Tenant rugs, carpeting and drapes within the Demised Premises, whether installed by Tenant or by Landlord on behalf of Tenant, shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant, and Landlord shall have no obligation in connection therewith. Notwithstanding the provisions hereof, in the event that repairs required to be made by Tenant become immediately necessary to avoid possible injury or damage to persons or property, Landlord may, but shall not be obligated to, make repairs to Tenant equipment at Tenant's expense. Within ten (10) days after Landlord renders a bill xxx the cost of said repairs, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord.

Tenant Equipment. Tenant, at its sole cost, shall have the right to place or install its trade fixtures, machinery, and equipment (collectively, the “Tenant Equipment”) in, at, or upon the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord. All Tenant Equipment shall be deemed owned by Tenant at all times. Tenant may at any time (and shall upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease) remove any Tenant Equipment from the Premises.

Tenant, at its sole costs and expense, shall be permitted to install, operate and maintain a microwave transmitter/receiver system without any additional consideration to be paid to Landlord. The placement of the equipment must be approved by Landlord prior to its installation. Tenant shall be responsible for the removal of said equipment prior to the expiration of this Lease or any extensions of the Term.
Tenant Equipment. Tenant at its own expense shall provide, install and maintain all trade fixtures, furniture and equipment (collectively such furniture, fixtures and equipment, the “Equipment) reasonably required in Tenant’s sole discretion to enable it to conduct its business on the Leased Premises. Such Equipment shall remain the property of Tenant and Tenant may remove same at any time prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term (and Tenant shall remove same within thirty (30) days of the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease).

Tenant Equipment. Tenant shall be permitted to maintain, at Tenant's sole responsibility and expense, the personal property of the Tenant hereto ("Tenant's Property"). Landlord shall have no responsibility for the safety, use, damage or loss of such property. Resident’s are encouraged to obtain renter’s insurance to protect against personal loss.
Tenant Equipment. Tenant shall pay for installation and/or connection of telephone service, security, intercom, computer, window coverings, and/or any other systems peculiar to Tenant's business.
