Common use of Tenant Equipment Clause in Contracts

Tenant Equipment. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds either the load per square foot that such floor was designed to carry or that which is allowed by law. Business machines and mechanical equipment belonging to Tenant that cause noise or vibrations that may be transmitted to the structure of the Premises to such a degree as to be objectionable or of concern to Landlord shall, at Tenant's expense, be placed and maintained by Tenant in settings or cork, rubber or spring-type vibration eliminators sufficient to eliminate such noise or vibration.
