TENANT EVICTION Sample Clauses

The Tenant Eviction clause outlines the conditions and procedures under which a landlord may legally remove a tenant from the rental property. Typically, this clause specifies the grounds for eviction, such as non-payment of rent, violation of lease terms, or illegal activities on the premises, and details the required notice periods and legal steps the landlord must follow. Its core practical function is to provide a clear, enforceable process for ending a tenancy when the tenant breaches the agreement, thereby protecting the landlord’s property rights and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
