Common use of Tenant Improvement Payments Clause in Contracts

Tenant Improvement Payments. Prior to the District’s taking delivery or occupancy of the Project, the District shall pay to Contractor Twenty-One Million Five Hundred and Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($21,507,885) (“Tenant Improvement Payment(s)”), based on the amount of Work satisfactorily performed and approved by the District less the total amount to be paid as Lease Payments, according to the Contractor’s Schedule of Values (Exhibit G to the Facilities Lease) and pursuant to the provisions in Exhibit D to the Facilities Lease.

Tenant Improvement Payments. Prior to the District’s taking delivery or occupancy of the Project, the District shall pay to Contractor Twenty-One Developer Fifteen Million Three Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($21,507,88515,395,567) (“Tenant Improvement Payment(s)”), based on the amount of Work satisfactorily performed and approved by the District less the total amount to be paid as Lease Payments, according to the ContractorDeveloper’s Schedule of Values (Exhibit G “G” to the Facilities Lease) and pursuant to the provisions in Exhibit D “D” to the Facilities Lease.
