Tenant Indemnity for Liens. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all costs, expenses, liability or damages arising from or, in connection with, the performance of any labor or the furnishing of any materials for any specific improvement, alteration to or repair of the Premises or any part thereof, or the furnishing of materials or the rendering of services that would give rise to the filing of any lien against the Premises or any part thereof.
