No Landlord Representations. Tenant acknowledges with respect to the transaction pursuant to which Landlord has acquired its interest in the Premises and leased the same to Tenant that it has not relied on any representations, statements or warranties made by Landlord and that Landlord shall not, in any event whatsoever, be liable by reason of any such claimed misrepresentation or breach of warranty or for any latent or patent defects in the Premises.
No Landlord Representations. Tenant acknowledges that (a) no representations, statements, or warranties, express or implied, have been made by, or on behalf of, Landlord, Lease Administrator or AIDC with respect to the Premises or the transaction contemplated by this Lease, the status of title thereto, the physical condition thereof, the zoning or other laws, regulations, rules and orders applicable thereto of the use that may be made of the Premises, and Tenant takes the Premises "as-is" as of the Commencement Date and the Amendment Commencement Date, (b) Tenant has relied on no such representations, statements or warranties, and (c) Landlord shall not be liable in any event whatsoever for any latent or patent defects in the Premises.
No Landlord Representations. The Landlord has let the Demised Premises “as is” and without any representations on the part of Landlord, its officers, employees, servants and /or agents except as expressly set forth herein.
