Common use of Tenant Organization Clause in Contracts

Tenant Organization. Tenant’s status as a legal entity shall continuously be in good standing, active, and current with the state of its incorporation or registration and with the State of South Dakota, and Tenant shall keep its status active and current throughout the Term and all Renewal Terms. Tenant shall keep Landlord apprised of all changes in its designated officers, directors, and other officials.
