Tenant Payments of Construction Cost. Landlord shall have the same rights and remedies which Landlord has upon the nonpayment of Yearly Rent and other charges due under this Lease for nonpayment of any amounts which Tenant is required to pay to Landlord or Landlord’s contractor in connection with any construction in the Premises performed for Tenant by Landlord, L▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s contractor or any other person, firm or entity after the Commencement Date.
