Common use of Tenant Responsibility for Agents Clause in Contracts

Tenant Responsibility for Agents. In any case where Tenant is responsible for performing or refraining from an act or for preventing an action or result from occurring, Tenant shall also be responsible for any actions taken or omitted by Tenant's agents, employees, business invitees, licensees, contractors, subtenants, family members, guests and any other individuals or entities present in the Building or on the Land at Tenant's invitation.

Tenant Responsibility for Agents. In any case where Tenant is responsible for performing or refraining from an act or for preventing an action or result from occurring, Tenant shall also be responsible for any actions taken or omitted by Tenant's ’s agents, employees, business invitees, licensees, contractors, subtenants, family members, guests and any other individuals or entities present in the Building or on the Land at Tenant's ’s invitation.

In any case where Tenant Xxxxxx is responsible for performing or refraining from an act or for preventing an action or result from occurring, if Tenant delegates (by notice to Landlord) such authority to others, Tenant shall also be responsible for any the authorized actions taken or omitted by Tenant's ’s agents, and Tenant shall also be responsible for actions taken or omitted by employees, business invitees, licensees, contractors, contractors and subtenants, family members, guests and any other individuals or entities present in the Building or on the Land at Tenant's invitation.

In any case where Tenant is responsible for performing or refraining from an act or for preventing an action or result from occurring, Tenant shall also be responsible for any actions taken or omitted by Tenant's agents, employees, business or other invitees, licensees, contractors, subtenants, family members, guests and any other individuals or entities present in the Building or on the Land at Tenant's invitationinvitation or as a result of Tenant's occupancy of the Premises.

In any case where Tenant is responsible for performing or refraining from an act or for preventing an action or result from occurring, Tenant shall also be responsible for any actions taken or omitted by Tenant's agents, employees, business invitees, licensees, contractors, subtenants, family members, guests and any other individuals or entities present in the Building or on the Land at Tenant's invitation (other than Landlord and any persons present in the Building or on the Land at Landlord’s invitation).
