Tenant to Discharge all Liens. (a) The Tenant will not allow or cause any construction or other liens or encumbrances in respect of materials supplied or work done or to be done by or on behalf of the Tenant to be registered against or otherwise affect the Building, the Lands, the Leased Premises or any part thereof or the Landlord’s or Tenant’s interest in the Leased Premises.
