Tenant to Furnish Receipts. Upon demand by Landlord, Tenant shall promptly furnish to Landlord receipts or other satisfactory evidence showing that Tenant has fully and promptly paid and discharged all charges, premiums, or any other payments required to be made by Tenant under the terms of this Lease.
