Common use of Tenant to Pay Costs Clause in Contracts

Tenant to Pay Costs. If Tenant requests Landlord’s consent to an Assignment or Sublease, hereinafter referred to as a “transaction,” Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all Landlord’s reasonable costs and expenses actually incurred that are associated with the transaction. Said costs shall include reasonable legal fees and disbursements relating to or arising out of any such transaction, regardless of whether such transaction is consummated.
