Common use of Tenant's Access to Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Tenant's Access to Leased Premises. 5.01 Landlord, in its sole discretion, may permit Tenant and Tenant's agents or independent contractors to enter the Leased Premises prior to the scheduled Lease Commencement Date in order that Tenant may do other work as may be required by Tenant to make the Leased Premises ready for Tenant's use and occupancy. Such permission must be in writing prior to entry. If Landlord permits such prior entry, then such license shall be subject to the condition that Tenant and Tenant's agents, contractors, workmen, mechanics, suppliers, and invitees shall work in harmony and not interfere with Landlord and its agents and contractors in doing its work in the Leased Premises or the Building or with other tenants and occupants of the Building or the Project. If at any time such entry shall cause or threaten to cause disharmony or interference, Landlord, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to withdraw and cancel such license upon notice to Tenant. Tenant agrees that any such entry into the Leased Premises shall be deemed to be under all of the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Lease, except as to the covenant to pay periodic Rent. Tenant further agrees that, to the extent permitted by law, Landlord and its principals shall not be liable in any way for any injury or death to any person or persons, loss or damage to any of the Leasehold Improvements or installations made in the Leased Premises or loss or damage to property placed therein or there about, the same being at Tenant's sole risk.
