Common use of Tenant’s Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Acknowledgement. Nothing in this Lease shall imply or warrant that the Premises may in accordance with the Planning Acts be used for the purpose herein authorised and the Tenant hereby acknowledges and admits that the Landlord has not given or made at any time any representation or warranty that any such use is or will be or will remain a permitted use under the Planning Acts.
