Broker’s Warranty. Intentionally Omitted.
Broker’s Warranty. The Broker(s) named herein warrant(s) that the Broker(s) is (are) duly licensed as such by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Broker’s Warranty. The parties warrant that there are no brokers with whom they dealt on this Lease. The party who breaches this warranty shall defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the non-breaching party from any claims or liability arising from the breach.
Broker’s Warranty. The parties warrant that Sxxxxxxxx & Sxxx Services Limited Partnership, which represents Landlord, and Jxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx Inc., which represents Tenant, are the only brokers they have dealt with on this Lease. Landlord is solely responsible for paying the commission of said named brokers.
Broker’s Warranty. Sublandlord and Subtenant warrant and represent that they have dealt with no real estate brokers in connection with this Sublease other than Xxxxx Xxxx LaSalle Americas, Inc. (or an affiliate thereof) and CB Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (or an affiliate thereof). No other brokers are entitled to any commission on account of this Sublease. The party who breaches this warranty will defend, hold harmless and indemnify the other from any loss, damage or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from the breach.
Broker’s Warranty. Broker warrants that he is properly licensed as a Fire and Casualty Broker in the State of Domicile. Should the Broker’s license lapse or be revoked for any reason, the Broker shall immediately give written notice to GCIB and shall be cause for termination by GCIB of the agreement.
